Las revisiones solo serán en el sketch y sketch de animación, una vez realizado el lineart y coloreado no hay cambios de pose ni movimiento, cualquier cambio fuera de lo ya especificado tendrá un cargo extra. Puedes preguntar por el estado de tu comisión cuando quieras.

♡ PLAZOS Y ENTREGA
El dibujo se entregará en un plazo de 2 semanas y media a 1 mes si es complejo. Les pido que tengan paciencia si tengo más trabajos en progreso junto al suyo. Si hay más de un personaje o es un trabajo detallado, tengan en cuenta que el tiempo de espera puede ser mayor.

Models are started once payment is made. Once the model has started there are no refunds.

♡ REVISIONS
Model revisions have no additional cost. Please be clear, I will rely on the reference that the person provides me.
You can have small changes at the time of being in process for free, a large change to something already finalized in the model would have an extra charge.
You can ask about the status of your commission whenever you want.

♡ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on the complexity and the list of models, from 4 to 8 weeks, wips of the entire process are sent.

✦ Your rights as a customer
You can use your model for different platforms for vrm and stream.
You can make changes to the clothes and hair of the already pre-established model, *if editable.
Modifying the hair/clothes/etc must still be credited for the use of textures from the base model.

You would be infringing my authorship rights on my work.

Claim the model creation as your own.
Share or sell the textures to other people.
Use their model to sell merchandise and make a profit without having a commercial license.
Modify the base or final model for other purposes or use the textures to make models other than the one you commissioned me to make.
✧ Important:
If you want to use the commercial license for merchandise with the model's image (stickers, mousepads, dakimakuras, etc.) +85% of the base price is added.
The editable is not delivered at the end of the order, if you want the editable .vroid of your model so you can change your clothes, hairstyle, add accessories, etc. to your model, there is an additional cost of +50% of the final price.
The vroid editable file is for personal use only by the model owner. Selling, sharing, or distributing the textures or editable file to third parties or other creators is not permitted. The file may only be transferred if the owner decides to sell their complete VTuber.

Las revisiones de modelos no tienen costo adicional. Por favor sea claro, me basaré en la referencia que me brinde la persona. Puede tener pequeños cambios al momento de estar en proceso gratis, un cambio grande a algo ya finalizado en el modelo tendría un cargo extra. Puede preguntar sobre el estado de tu comisión cuando quieras.

♡ PLAZOS Y ENTREGA
El tiempo de entrega depende de la complejidad y el listado de modelos, de 4 a 8 semanas, se envían toallitas de todo el proceso.
Si el personaje es muy complejo probablemente tarde un poco más, si es el caso te lo haré saber a mitad del proceso.
De igual manera puede revisar mi trello para ver el estado de su comisión.

Puedes usar tu modelo para diferentes plataformas de vrm y streaming.
Puedes hacer cambios en la ropa y el cabello del modelo ya preestablecido, *si es editable.
La modificación del cabello/ropa/etc también debe acreditarse por el uso de texturas del modelo base.

Modifica el modelo base o final para otros fines o utiliza las texturas para hacer modelos distintos al que me comisiono.
✧ Importante:
Si desea utilizar la licencia comercial para mercancía con la imagen del modelo (stickers, mousepads, dakimakuras, etc) se añade el +85% del precio base.
El editable no se entrega al finalizar el pedido, si deseas el .vroid de tu modelo para tu mismo cambiar su ropa, peinado, agregarle accesorios, etc a tu modelo tiene un costo adicional del +50% del precio final.
El archivo editable de VRoid es únicamente para uso personal del propietario del modelo. No está permitido vender, compartir ni distribuir las texturas o el archivo editable con terceros u otros creadores. El archivo solo podrá transferirse si el propietario decide vender su VTuber completo.
